AnhangAngaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluss der Haar-Center G+L GmbH, München wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Wirtschaftsgüter im Geschäftsjahr linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 150 EUR wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens von 150 EUR bis 1.000 EUR wurden als Sammelposten linear über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Eine Wertberichtigung war nicht erforderlich. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Positionen der BilanzAlle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Sonstige AngabenWährend des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch die alleinige Geschäftsführerin Frau Heide Rose Gäng geführt. |
