Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden 1. Allgemeines Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2013 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. 2. Einzelne Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert. II. Bilanzerläuterungen 1. Forderungen Alle Forderungen weisen eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr auf. 2.
