Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind im Jahresabschluss der Platin 2373. GmbH, Frankfurt am Main (Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main, HRB 129962), freiwillig die Vorschriften des HGB für große Kapitalgesellschaften angewandt worden. Der Anhang ist (teilweise) unter Berücksichtigung größenabhängiger Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB erstellt worden. Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit der nach vorstehenden Grundsätzen ermittelte Wert von Gegenständen des Anlagevermögens über dem Wert liegt, der ihnen am Bilanzstichtag beizulegen ist, wird dem durch außerplanmäßige Abschreibung Rechnung getragen. Stellt sich in einem späteren Geschäftsjahr heraus, dass die Gründe hierfür nicht mehr bestehen, so wird der Betrag dieser Abschreibung im Umfang der Werterhöhung unter Berücksichtigung der Abschreibungen, die inzwischen vorzunehmen gewesen wären, zugeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichend objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen enthalten Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von EUR 88.570,61 (i. V. EUR 0,00). 2. Flüssige Mittel Der Posten enthält Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten. 3. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von EUR 978.306,90 (i. V. EUR 0,00) haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen enthalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 20.044.928,62 (i. V. EUR 0,00) und haben eine Restlaufzeit über fünf Jahren. Sie sind in voller Höhe nachrangig. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 3.102.082,24 (i. V. EUR 0,00) haben eine Restlaufzeit über einem Jahr. C. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die sonstigen Zinsen und ähnlichen Erträge betreffen in Höhe von EUR 5.979,46 (i. V. EUR 0,00) verbundene Unternehmen. Die Zinsen und ähnlichen Aufwendungen betreffen in Höhe von EUR 747.267,29 (i. V. EUR 0,00) verbundene Unternehmen. D. Sonstige Angaben Personal Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr waren keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
