ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 2011MEGATEX GmbH, KarlsruheA. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden haben sich gegenüber den Vorjahren nicht geändert. Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen sind zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmenbestehen gegenüber der MEGA (nach Verlustübernahme). Das Eigenkapital gliedert sich in EUR 500.000,00 Stammkapital und EUR 6.000.000,00 Kapitalrücklage. C. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft wurde zum 22.10.2007 von der MEK Vertriebs GmbH auf MEGATEX GmbH umbenannt. Mit der MEGA eG, Hamburg (Organträger), besteht ein Organschafts- und Ergebnisabführungsvertrag, der auch steuerlich anerkannt ist. Gemäß Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 08.12.2009 wurde ein Ergebnisabführungsvertrag zwischen der MEGATEX GmbH und der SKV GmbH beschlossen. Geschäftsführer am Jahresende des Berichtsjahres waren: Herr Volker König Herr Dr. Peter Zillmer
