Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20111. Allgemeine ErläuterungenDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB braucht eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft keinen Lagebericht zu erstellen. Von diesem Recht wie auch von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen zur Aufstellung des Anhangs gemäß § 288 HGB hat die Gesellschaft Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entsprechen den Vorschriften der §§ 266 sowie 275 Abs. 2 HGB. Die Gliederung und die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten erfolgen nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des GmbHG. 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtmodernisierungsgesetzes vom 25.05.2009 (BilMoG) in Verbindung mit der Verordnung über die Rechnungslegung von Versicherungsunternehmen (RechVersV) aufgestellt. Die Bewertung der einzelnen Bilanzposten richtet sich nach folgenden Grundsätzen. Die Kassen- und Bankbestände wurden durch Saldenbestätigungen nachgewiesen. Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Sonderabschreibungen erfolgten nicht. Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten, die einen Betrag von EUR 410,00 nicht übersteigen, werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Besondere Risiken waren nicht erkennbar. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung, deren Restlaufzeit nicht mehr als ein Jahr beträgt, werden mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. Alle übrigen Fremdwährungsverbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Umrechnungskurs bei Rechnungsstellung oder dem höheren Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Bei Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden künftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt und eine Abzinsung auf den Bilanzstichtag vorgenommen. Als Abzinsungssätze werden die Restlaufzeiten der Rückstellungen entsprechend den durchschnittlichen Marktzinssätzen der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre verwendet, wie sie von der Deutschen Bundesbank gemäß Rückstellungsabzinsungsverordnung monatlich ermittelt und bekannt gegeben werden. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz vom 31.12.2011Es bestehen keine Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten Jahresabschlussarbeiten, Rückstellungen für Abbrucharbeiten und Sonstiges. 4. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungDie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. 5. Jahresabschluss-FeststellungenDer Jahresabschluss wurde am 05.06.2012 festgestellt.
