Gliederungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Gliederung und Ausweis Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses sind die Vorschriften des HGB für Kapitalgesellschaften über die Gliederung und den Ausweis der Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung beachtet worden. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Ansatz und Bewertung Die einzelnen Vermögens- und Schuldposten wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet: Der Ansatz der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zu Nennwerten. Beteiligungen Die Gesellschaft ist als Komplementärin ohne Kapitaleinlage an der Ektimos Industriebewertungen GmbH & Co KG beteiligt. Rückstellungen Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bewertet. Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB. II. Sonstige Angaben Zu den Geschäftsführern sind bestellt: Herr Richard Umstätter, Hochhheim am Main Herr Alfred Blaser, Hattersheim am Main Herr Roland Prause, Großkrotzenburg III. Ergebnisverwendung Der Jahresüberschuss 2010 in Höhe von € 842,86 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
