ANHANG BILANZ zum 31. Dezember 2019Holzkirchner Feld GmbH, Kaiserplatz 8, 80803 MünchenHRB 175797 Amtsgericht München ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN Der Jahresabschluss der Holzkirchner Feld GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungen des § 274a HGB hinsichtlich des § 268 Abs. 2 HGB wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgt in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führt. BILANZ ANLAGEVERMÖGEN Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens mit den historischen Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, den Zugängen, Abgängen, Umbuchungen und Zuschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres sowie den kumulierten Abschreibungen und den Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres ist in der angefügten "Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens" dargestellt. VERBINDLICHKEITEN Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 0,00. ANGABEN ÜBER MITGLIEDER DES GESCHÄFTSFÜHRUNGSORGANS Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt: Geschäftsführung: Jan Foff ANGABEN NACH § 42 ABS. 3 GMBHG Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter besteht eine Forderung in Höhe von € 7.260,00.
