Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine
Kapitalgesellschaft.
Bei der Ermittlung der planmäßigen Abschreibung kam ausschließlich die lineare Abschreibung zur Anwendung. Die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer wurde jeweils
unter Berücksichtigung der amtlichen AfA-Tabellen
geschätzt.
Die Schutzklausel nach § 286 Abs. 3 Satz 1 Nr. 2 HGB wird in Anspruch genommen. Die VIVATHERM GmbH befindet sich im Insolvenzverfahren. Die Beteiligung ist aufgrund dessen nicht mehr
werthaltig.
Der Geschäftsführer ist einzeln vertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Ein Aufsichtsrat oder Beirat besteht nicht.
