Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Health Care Concept GmbH, Hamburg, im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Hamburg (HRB 115625) eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff HGB, sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Bilanz sowie die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend den Bestimmungen des HGB gem. §§ 266, 275 HGB gegliedert. Die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB erstellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und ist somit gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB von der Aufstellung eines Lageberichts befreit.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der Health Care Concept GmbH zum 31.12.2022 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge in die neue Rechnung übernommen.

Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten bewertet, abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. soweit erforderlich zum niedrigeren, beizulegenden Wert bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

III. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände stellen sich wie folgt dar:

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse

Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. d. § 251 HGB haben zum Bilanzstichtag nicht bestanden.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen in Höhe von 114.244 €, davon 114.244 € aus Mietverträgen.

Personalbestand

Im Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 9 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Geschäftsführung

Herr Joost Rohrmann und Herr Jan Hoffmann waren im Geschäftsjahr 2023 als Geschäftsführer bestellt.

Soweit dieser Anhang keine Angaben über sonstige, nach den §§ 264 ff, 284 ff HGB angabepflichtige Sachverhalte enthält, haben diese im Geschäftsjahr nicht vorgelegen.

V. Gewinnverwendungsvorschlag

Für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 ergibt sich ein Jahresüberschuss von € 50.882,26 (Vorjahr Jahresfehlbetrag € 68.273,48). Wir schlagen vor, den Jahresüberschuss auf die neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
