AnhangOffenlegungsexemplar A. Bewertungs- und Bilanzierungsgrundsätze Dem Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 liegen die Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff HGB zugrunde. Die einschlägigen, den Abschluss tangierenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes sind beachtet. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. Die Bewertung der Forderung in der Bilanz erfolgte zum Nennwert. Das ratierlich rückzahlbare Körperschaftsteuerguthaben (§ 37 KStG) wurde mit dem Barwert (Abzinsung 5,5 %) bewertet. Forderungen mit EUR 146.400,00 haben eine Laufzeit länger als ein Jahr. Die liquiden Mittel lauten auf Euro und wurden zum Nennbetrag bewertet. Die Rückstellung wurde nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. B. Gewinnverwendung Das Ergebnis 2011 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. C. Sonstige Angaben Die Geschäftsführung im Geschäftsjahr 2011 oblag Herrn Hubert Lauströer. Von der Schutzklausel des § 286 Abs. 4 HGB wird Gebrauch gemacht. D. Unterzeichnung des Jahresabschlusses gem. § 245 HGB
