Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 I. Allgemeine Hinweise Die Gesellschaft ist beim Amtsgericht Berlin (Charlottenburg) unter der Nummer HRB 172923 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft ist als eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) einzustufen. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, wurden grundsätzlich im Anhang gemacht. Von der Möglichkeit, den Jahresabschluss in vereinfachter Form aufzustellen, wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bewertung wurde nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 252 bis 256a HGB vorgenommen. Die erworbenen Sachanlagen sind mit den um planmäßige Abschreibungen verminderten Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden linear angesetzt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Vorschriften zur Abgrenzung latenter Steuern (§ 274 HGB) wurden gemäß § 274a HGB nicht angewendet. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Dabei werden erwartete Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2023 1. Anlagevermögen Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens gemäß § 284 Abs. 3 HGB ist ausgehend von den historischen Anschaffungskosten dargestellt. 2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände enthalten Kautionen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 1 Jahr in Höhe von EUR 18.860,00 (Vj. EUR 18.860,00). Die Restlaufzeiten der übrigen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände betragen nicht mehr als ein Jahr. 3. Verbindlichkeiten Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten betragen wie im Vorjahr nicht mehr als ein Jahr. Im Geschäftsjahr sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von EUR 58.188,31 (Vj. EUR 13.713,25) sowie Verbindlichkeiten im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit in Höhe von EUR 945,14 (Vj. EUR 911,87) enthalten. Die Verbindlichkeiten enthalten "Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern" aus den laufenden Verrechnungskonten in Höhe von EUR 309.815,05 (Vj. EUR 524.962,00). IV. Sonstige Angaben 1. Haftungsverhältnisse Haftungsverhältnisse bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag keine. 2. Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer Während des Geschäftsjahres 2023 waren im Durchschnitt 4 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
