Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss Die Recruiting Excellence GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Düsseldorf und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf, Abteilung B, unter der Nummer 89860. Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 246 bis 256 HGB und der sie ergänzenden Bestimmungen der §§ 264 bis 288 HGB in der jeweils gültigen Fassung sowie nach den Bestimmungen des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. Der Grundsatz der Darstellungsstetigkeit gemäß § 265 Abs. 1 HGB ist beachtet worden. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten und, soweit abnutzbar, unter Berücksichtigung planmäßiger Abschreibungen entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer bewertet. Soweit zulässig, wird für bewegliche Anlagegüter, die degressive Abschreibungsmethode angewandt, sofern die lineare Abschreibungsmethode nicht zu einem höheren Jahresabschreibungsbetrag führt. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Methode erfolgt in dem Jahr, für welches die lineare Methode erstmals zu einem höheren Jahresabschreibungsbetrag führt als die Fortführung der degressiven Methode. Die Abschreibungen auf Neuzugänge werden zeitanteilig vorgenommen. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten über EUR 250,00 und bis EUR 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben und als Abgang behandelt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden abgezinst. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Umlaufvermögen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten betreffen mit EUR 76.158,38 (Vj. 138.060,01) Gesellschafter. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Sonstige Angaben Organe Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren zu Geschäftsführern bestellt:
