AnhangI. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluss 2010 der Firma Your Home Solution GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden. 1. Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. 2. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die liquiden Mittel wurden mit den Nennbeträgen bewertet. 3. Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelt. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
1. Geschäftsführer ist Herr Sven Jedeck, Potsdam. Er ist allein vertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. 2. Herr Sven Jedeck ist mit 47,43 % am Kapital der Aproxo GmbH, Berlin, beteiligt; das entspricht einem Anteil von € 12.000,00. Der Jahresfehlbetrag 2010 beträgt € 20.846,91, so dass das Eigenkapital zum 31.12.2010 insgesamt € 76.935,85 beträgt. 3. Wegen der Neugründung war 2010 ein Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr vom 12.05. - 31.12. 4. Der Jahresabschluss ist noch nicht festgestellt.
