Es sind alle Gesellschaftsanteile vertreten, sodass diese Versammlung beschlussfähig ist wie folgt:
Einziger Tagesordnungspunkt ist die Feststellung des Jahresabschluss der Firma auf den 31.12.2016. Es wird hierzu folgender Beschluss gefasst: Der von den Geschäftsführern aufgestellte Jahresabschluss, bestehend aus der Bilanz zum 31.12.2016 mit einer Bilanzsumme von 82.572,45 €, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung vom 01.01.2016 bis 31.12.2016 mit einem Jahresfehlbetrag von 49.960,55 €, sowie dem Anhang werden festgestellt und genehmigt. Den Geschäftsführern wird für das Geschäftsjahr 2016 Entlastung erteilt. Alle Beschlüsse erfolgten einstimmig.
