AnhangI. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Diese entsprechen den angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Vorjahres. Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw.
Herstellungskosten, vermindert um nutzungsbedingte lineare
und degressive Abschreibungen, bewertet. Bei dem
beweglichen Sachanlagevermögen wird bei
Neuzugängen der zeitanteilige Abschreibungssatz
verrechnet.
Die Bewertung der Finanzanlagen erfolgt zu
Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung des
gemilderten Niederstwertprinzips.
Die unfertigen / fertigen Erzeugnisse und Leistungen
werden mit den Herstellungskosten unter
Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet.
Zinsen für Fremdkapital, das zur Finanzierung der
Herstellung verwendet wird, werden in die Herstellungskoten
einbezogen, soweit sie auf den Herstellungszeitraum
entfallen.
Der Ansatz der Forderungen und sonstigen
Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zu
Anschaffungskosten bzw. zu Nennwerten abzüglich
angemessener Wertberichtigungen.
Die Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken
und Verpflichtungen in angemessener Höhe ab. Die
Rückstellungen wurden zu ihren
Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren
Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten, die auf
Fremdwährungen lauten, werden mit dem
Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag gegebenenfalls
unter Berücksichtigung des Anschaffungskosten- und
Realisationsprinzips bewertet. Verluste aus
Kursänderungen bis zum Bilanzstichtag sind
berücksichtigt.
Das im Handelsregister eingetragene Grundkapital beträgt EUR 50.000,00.
