ANHANGGliederung Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs.1 HGB einzustufen. Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften über kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gem. § 266 HGB aufgestellt. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren. Bei der Veröffentlichung des Jahresabschlusses, des Anhangs und des Lageberichts werden die Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 276, 288, 326 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Warenbestand wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Die Guthaben gegenüber Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. In den Rückstellungen sind alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags nach § 253 Abs.1 Satz 2 HGB angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Die Befreiungsvorschrift des § 274a Nr.5 HGB über die Abgrenzung latenter Steuern wurde in Anspruch genommen. Angaben zu den Posten der Bilanz Das voll eingezahlte Stammkapital von € 25.000,00 ist mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die Entwicklung der Rückstellungen ergibt sich folgendermaßen:
