ANHANGA. ALLGEMEINE ERLÄUTERUNGEN1. Allgemeines Gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB handelt es sich bei der Gesellschaft um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 266 Abs. 1 S. 3, §§ 276 und 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. 2. Gliederung Die Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist wie im Vorjahr nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 266 und 275 HGB gegliedert. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. 3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Berücksichtigung der generellen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 246 bis 251 und §§ 252 bis 256 a HGB sowie unter der Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 268 bis 274 a HGB aufgestellt. Eine Abweichung der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden zum Vorjahr war nicht gegeben. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Notwendige Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen wurden vorgenommen. Die Risiken bei der Forderungsbewertung wurden berücksichtigt. Die flüssigen Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen haben wir allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Sie wurden mit den Beträgen der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. B. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ1. Angaben zu Aktiva Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 2. Angaben zu Passiva Die Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb von fünf Jahren fällig. C. SONSTIGE ANGABEN1. Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung Im Geschäftsjahr war zum einzelvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer bestellt: Fausto Manzana, Vertriebsleiter 2. Finanzsituation Die Gesellschaft ist überschuldet. Durch eine zeitlich und beitragsmäßig befristete Patronatserklärung der GPI S.p.A. wird diese Überschuldung beseitigt. 3. Konzernangaben Den Konzernabschluss für den größten Kreis von Unternehmen, in den die Gesellschft einbezogen ist, stellt die FM S.R.L mit Sitz in Bussolengo auf. Der Konzernabschluss wird bei der CCIAA (Camera di Commercio Industria Artigianato e Agricoltura) in Verona - Italien veröffentlicht.
