Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. B. Erläuterungen zur BilanzDie Gesellschaft ist Komplementärin der Firma Heinrich Nölle Kunststoffwerk GmbH & Co. KG in Meschede (im Folgenden: H. Nölle KG). Eine kapitalmäßige Beteiligung an dieser Gesellschaft besteht seit dem 01.07.1987 nicht mehr. Die H. Nölle KG ist alleinige Gesellschafterin der GmbH. Gegenüber der Gesellschafterin bestehen Ausleihungen in Höhe von € 17.895 (Vorjahr ebenfalls € 17.895) und Forderungen in Höhe von € 51.840 (Vorjahr € 45.883). C. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführung:
