ANHANG zum Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011der Vural Bau GmbH, MünchenI. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 2 HGB. Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entsprechen den Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 HGB sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des § 42 GmbHG. Die Aufstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB). II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 246 bis 251 HGB und §§ 252 bis 256 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 268 bis 274a HGB und §§ 279 bis 283 HGB erstellt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Den Abschreibungen wird - je nach Einzelgegenstand - eine Nutzungsdauer von 3 bis 8 Jahren zugrunde gelegt. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit einem Anschaffungswert über 150,00 Euro bis 410,00 Euro wurden im Berichtsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen sind zu Nominalwerten unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten werden gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. III. Bilanzerläuterungen 1. Anlagevermögen Es wird auf die beigefügte Anlage verwiesen. 2. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von 25.564,59 EUR ist voll einbezahlt. 3. Verbindlichkeiten Es bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren. 1. Organe Geschäftsführung:
