AnhangI.AllgemeinesDie PK Beteiligungen GmbH mit Sitz in Berlin ist i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2009 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) erstellt. Der Jahresabschluss der Kapitalgesellschaft vermittelt unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Gesellschaft entsprechendes Bild. Für die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt. II.Wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden1. Anlagevermögen Die Bewertung des Anlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen, wobei den planmäßigen Abschreibungen die steuerlich zulässige Nutzungsdauer zugrunde liegt. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen wurden nicht vorgenommen. Die Zugänge zum immateriellen Vermögen sowie Sachanlagevermögen wurden linear und zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. 2. Flüssige Mittel Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. 3. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung tragen. Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen keine angabepflichtigen Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 i.V.m. § 268 Abs. 7 HGB und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen III.Sonstige AngabenIm Geschäftsjahr war Herr Peter Küstermann (Diplom-Kaufmann), Berlin, zum Geschäftsführer bestellt. Dem Geschäftsführer wurden weder Bezüge noch Kredite gewährt. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
