ANHANG1. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 HGB. Von den Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs gemäß § 288 HGB wird Gebrauch gemacht. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Abschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes aufgestellt worden. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um die auf die Nutzungsdauer angesetzten Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibung erfolgt linear. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung tragen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Sonstige Angaben Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestehen nicht. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Josef Kiesler
