Anhang für das Geschäftsjahrvom 1. Oktober 2010 bis 30. September 2011 I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 30. September 2011 der CTM Computervertrieb GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie unter Beachtung der gesellschaftsvertraglichen Bestimmungen aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Gesellschaften. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz geänderten Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches wurden gemäß Artikel 66 EGHGB erstmals im Geschäftsjahr 2010/2011 angewandt. Hieraus ergaben sich keine Anpassungen. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (bei einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von 2 und 5 Jahren), bewertet. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare - und soweit steuerlich zulässig - um degressive Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer zwischen 2,5 und 13 Jahren) angesetzt. Die Zugänge werden zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Zugang nach dem 1. Januar 2008 wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a EStG in einem Sammelposten eingestellt und mit einem Fünftel gewinnmindernd aufgelöst. Das Finanzanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Rückstellungen für Steuern, erkennbare Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2010/2011 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der CTM Computervertrieb GmbH durch den Geschäftsführer Herrn Jan Evers, Bremen. Bremen, 29. November 2011 gez. Jan Evers Ergänzender Hinweis Der Jahresabschluss 2010/2011 wurde am 30. Januar 2012 durch die Gesellschafterversammlung festgestellt. |
