Anhang zum 31.12.20101. Grundlagen Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Berlin. Sie ist in Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Charlottenburg unter HRB 116050 B eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft wurde mit notariellem Vertrag vom 18.09.2008 gegründet. Die Gesellschaft ist zur Aufstellung eines Anhangs gem. § 264 HGB verpflichtet. Da die Gesellschaft zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB gehört, gelten nur eingeschränkte Erläuterungspflichten. Als Geschäftsführer war zum Bilanzstichtag bestellt: Yury Ekster, Geschäftsführer Exter Computer GmbH 2. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss- Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden an den ertragssteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet. 3. Erläuterung zur Bilanz Förderungen Gezeichnetes Kapital Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt €25.000,00 Euro. Es wurde in voller Höhe eingezahlt. Rückstellungen Es wurden keine Rückstellungen gebildet. 4. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft hat im Geschäftsjahr 2010 keine Mietarbeiter beschäftigt. Die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft wurde durch, Yury Ekster, Kaufmann als alleinberechtigte Geschäftsführer wahrgenommen.
