Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2022der Firma CoolSolution GmbHDer Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß der §§ 264, 267 HGB unter Beachtung des BilMoG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist mit der Firma CoolSolution GmbH mit Sitz in Langenfeld unter der HRB-Nummer 81633 im Handelsregister Düsseldorf eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft hat im Geschäftsjahr keine Bilanzansatzwahlrechte ausgeübt. Die Zugänge zum Anlagevermögen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die planmäßige Abschreibung gemäß § 253 HGB bewertet. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear abgeschrieben. Die Bewertung der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nominalwert. Die Bewertung der flüssigen Mittel ist mit dem Nennwert erfolgt. Zinsen wurden in alter Rechnung verbucht. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten zum Bilanzstichtag. Sie decken den Betrag ab, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte zum Rückzahlungsbetrag. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben insgesamt eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Geschäftsführer ist Herr Nicolai Pospiech. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern betragen zum 31.12.2022 € 103.130,64, wurden nicht verzinst und sind unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten ausgewiesen. Es handelt sich um ein eigenkapitalersetzendes Darlehen. Im Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 11,25 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Die Gesellschaft ist rechnerisch überschuldet; zum 31.12.2022 ergibt sich ein nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckter Fehlbetrag in Höhe von € 29.616,82. Unter Berücksichtigung von stillen Reserven, der Fortbestehungsprognose über 5 Jahre und dem eigenkapitalersetzenden Darlehen der Gesellschafter liegt keine Überschuldung vor. sonstige Berichtsbestandteile
