Handelsrecht Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2023Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Redlink GmbH mit Sitz in Bremen beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Bremen unter HRB 20376 HB eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. I. Erläuterung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungBilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDer Jahresabschluss der Redlink GmbH wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gliederungsschema des Gesamtkostenverfahrens gem. § 275 Abs. 2 Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) zugrundegelegt. Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Grundsätze angewendet: Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus dem beigefügten Anlagengitter. Eine Verpflichtung besteht dazu nicht, § 288 Abs. 1 HGB. 1. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände Die entgeltlich erworbene Software und Lizenzen an gewerblichen Schutzrechten werden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen angesetzt. In der Regel wird eine betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer von drei Jahren zugrunde gelegt. Für selbst erstellte immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände ist das bestehende Ansatzwahlrecht nicht ausgeübt worden. 2. Sachanlagen Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Abschreibungen wurden anhand der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu einem Wert von € 800,- wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben. 3. Vorräte Zum Abschlussstichtag 2022 waren halbfertige Arbeiten vorhanden, die mit den Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten bewertet wurden. Die Redlink GmbH liefert fast ausschließlich IT-Produkte wie Software für Kunden und erstellt Programme für die Steuerung von Unternehmensprozessen. Dazu wird nahezu kein Material in Beständen vorgehalten. Die vorhandenen Restbestände aus Aufträgen haben keinen Marktpreis. 4. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von € 620.842,24 wurden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich. 5. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Der Ansatz erfolgte zum Nominalwert. 6. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten Zum 31. Dezember 2023 waren Kosten von € 3.084,48 aktivisch abzugrenzen, die auf 2024 entfielen. 7. Rückstellungen Der Ansatz erfolgte aufgrund vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung. 8. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Es bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten von mehr als 5 Jahren. II. Sonstige Angaben 1. Angaben zu sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen über € 26.254,83. 2. Ergebnisverwendung Der Bilanzgewinn 2022 über € 815.357,27 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. 3. Geschäftsführung Der Geschäftsführung gehörten im Geschäftsjahr 2023 folgende Personen an:
