ANHANGÄnderung der Satzung: Die Hauptversammlung vom 24.08.2010 hat die Änderung der Satzung in § 1 Ziff. 1 (Firma, bisher: Care Life AG) und § 1 Ziff. 2 (Sitz) und mit ihr die Sitzverlegung von Helmstadt (bisher Amtsgericht Würzburg HRB 9280) nach Offenbach am Main beschlossen. Grundlagen und Methoden: Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Grundsätzen der §§ 238 ff HGB, insbesondere nach den Vorschriften für die Kapitalgesellschaften gem. § 264 HGB erstellt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich der Form der Darstellung wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB verzichtet. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden: Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustverrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage wieder. Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2010 war keine Person beschäftigt. Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Roland Martin, Offenbach am Main, geführt.
