ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Terrabit Holding GmbH wurde auf
der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des
Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen
Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu
beachten. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde
das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in §
267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die
Gesellschaft eine kleine
II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungs-methoden maßgebend: Das Anlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert, und planmäßige Abschreibungen ausgewiesen. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Die Rückstellungen sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwenig ist und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
