Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Communicatio AG ist nach den Größenmerkmalen des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die Bilanz ist nach dem Schema des § 266 Abs. 2 HGB gegliedert. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gesetzlich vorgesehenen Erleichterungen (§§ 274a, 276, 288 HGB) wurden grundsätzlich in Anspruch genommen. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss der Communicatio AG wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs und des Steuerrechts aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des Aktiengesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit einem Anschaffungswert von bis zu € 150,00 netto wurden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Nennwerten bewertet. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen waren keine Wertberichtigungen vorzunehmen. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihren Nennwerten angesetzt. Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt € 166.963. Es ist eingeteilt in 166.963 Namens-Stückaktien. Die Verbindlichkeiten gliedern sich nach Fälligkeiten wie folgt:
Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen bestehen aus Mietverträgen in geschäftsüblichem Umfang. IV. Sonstige Angaben Eine Beteiligung der Gesellschaft besteht mit einem Anteil von 100 % (bis Juni 2015), danach 49% an der Grünkauf System GmbH, München. Im Geschäftsjahr 2016 wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Dem Vorstand der Gesellschaft gehörten im Geschäftsjahr 2016 die folgenden Mitglieder an:
