Anhang1. Erläuterungen einzelner Posten der Bilanz oder der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gem. § 284 HGB 1.1. Allgemeine Grundsätze für die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Gemäß § 265 Abs. 2 HGB sind in der Bilanz sowie in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zu jedem Posten der entsprechende Betrag des vorhergehenden Geschäftsjahres anzugeben.Sind die Beträge nicht vergleichbar, so ist dies im Anhang anzugeben und zu erläutern 1.2. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung gem. § 284 Abs. 2 HGB einschließlich Der Jahresabschluß der Firma dandy Donaupassage Modewaren GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Finanzanlagen wurden zum Nennwert bewertet. Das Umlaufvermögen wurde zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 2. Sonstige Pflichtangaben gem. 285 HGB
2.2. Haftungsverhältnisse gem. § 251 HGB bestanden nicht. Die dandy Donaupassage Modewaren GmbH ist Komplementärin der Firma: Weber fashion GmbH & Co. KG Bahnhofstraße 17 94032 Passau 2.4. Organe der Gesellschaft Geschäftsführer: Johann Weber Rennweg 5 94034 Passau 2.5. Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma dandy Donaupassage Modewaren GmbH mit Sitz in Passau beim Amtsgericht Passau unter der Nr. HRB 4750 eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 08.08.2019 festgestellt.
