Anhang zum 30. Juni 2014Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss zum 30. Juni 2014 wurde auf der Grundlage des Handelsgesetzbuches und der ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH - Gesetzes erstellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine "kleine" Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Es wurden, soweit zutreffend, die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB für den Anhang in Anspruch genommen. Die nach dem gesetzlichen Vorschriften bei den Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung anzubringenden Vermerke sowie Vermerke, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang anzugeben sind, wurden aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit im Anhang angegeben. Die Gesellschaft ist zum Bilanzstichtag buchmäßig überschuldet. Die bilanzielle Überschuldung konnte durch eine bestehende Rangrücktrittsvereinbarung vollständig abgedeckt werden. Daher wurde bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses auftragsgemäß von der Fortführung des Unternehmenstätigkeit (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) ausgegangen. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie geleisteten Anzahlungen auf Vorratsvermögen wurden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. Die Forderungen, die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominal- bzw. Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig war. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der BilanzDie Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen gegenüber der Gesellschafterin. Sie resultieren aus sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten und haben in Höhe von EUR 150.000,00 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr und weniger als fünf Jahren. Sonstige AngabenHerr Nicolai Dines Kxrgaard, Kaufmann, Vanløse /Dänemark, ist zum 16. Juni 2015 als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ausgeschieden. Herr Kenneth Pedersen, Kaufmann, Karlslunde/Dänemark, ist seit dem 16. Juni 2015 als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft bestellt. Die Stylepit.com A/S, Kopenhagen/Dänemark, ist die alleinige Gesellschafterin. Der Konzernabschluss, in den die STYLEPIT GmbH einbezogen wird, wird von der Stylepit.com A/S, Kopenhagen/Dänemark, aufgestellt und im "Erhvervs- og Selskabsstyrelsen", Kopenhagen/Dänemark, veröffentlicht.
