Nach den Vorschriften des § 267 (1) HGB handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma WEM Experts GmbH, 65760 Eschborn für das Wirtschaftsjahr 2021 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

3. Bilanzpositionen

Bei der Bewertung aller Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wird von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit und vom Grundsatz der Einzelbewertung ausgegangen.

3.1. Aktiva

Der Jahresüberschuss beläuft sich auf minus € 172.448,26 (Vorjahr: minus € 158.993,16).

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Die Abschreibungen wurden nach den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen wurden zum Nominalwert bilanziert.

Die ausgewiesenen Bankguthaben stimmt mit den Bankauszügen überein.

3.2. Passiva

Sonstige Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet.

Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.

4. Bilanzsumme

Die Bilanzsumme beträgt zum 31. Dezember 2021 € 992.549,05 (Vorjahr: € 617.197,42).

5. Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag

Das Jahresergebnis stammt ausschließlich aus dem Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit.
