Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Forderungen, Bank- und Kassenbestände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 0,00 EUR (Vorjahr: 0,00 EUR). Angaben zu Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen nicht. Angaben zum nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag Die Gesellschaft weist zum 31.12.2023 einen nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag in Höhe von 47.054,66 EUR (Vorjahr: 0,00 EUR) aus. Trotz des bilanziellen Fehlbetrags ist die Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit nicht gefährdet. Die Liquidität der Gesellschaft ist sichergestellt. Die Gesellschafter haben erklärt, die Gesellschaft weiterhin finanziell zu unterstützen und Forderungen gegenüber der Gesellschaft nicht geltend zu machen.Die Geschäftsführung hat Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Ertragslage eingeleitet, deren positive Auswirkungen in den Folgejahren erwartet werden Angaben zu Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern Der Wert der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf 46.601,54 EUR. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Umsatzerlöse in Höhe von 937.395,86 EUR (Vorjahr: 1.095.449,93 EUR) wurden ausschließlich im Inland erzielt. Sonstige Angaben Zahl der beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 20 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
