AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Fino Internet GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Hamburg und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Hamburg (HRB 175888). Die Fino Internet GmbH ist zum Bilanzstichtag 31. Dezember 2023 eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften des HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) unter Berücksichtigung des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) in Euro aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 274a und 288 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte im Rahmen der Vorschriften gemäß § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden 1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung ausreichend erfasst. Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Auszahlungen vor dem Abschlussstichtag angesetzt, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Stichtag darstellen. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Beim Jahresabschluss wurden die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden übernommen. Es bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag keine Haftungsverhältnisse. 2. Angaben zur Bilanz Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind, beträgt € 0,00. Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten ergeben sich aus den Vermerkposten in der Bilanz. III. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr wurden keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Der Jahresabschluss der Fino Internet GmbH wird in den Konzernabschluss der Konzernmuttergesellschaft Aonic AB einbezogen, die den Konzernabschluss aufstellt. Die Aonic AB hat ihren Sitz in Stockholm, Schweden. IV. Zusammenfassendes Ergebnis nach R 264 Abs. 2 Satz 1 HGB Besondere Umstände von außergewöhnlicher Bedeutung oder einmaliger Art haben sich im Geschäftsjahr nicht ereignet.
