Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010(Fassung für Offenlegungszwecke)Der Jahresabschluss wird nach handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften in der Fassung des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) erstellt. Bilanzierung und Bewertung Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses richtet sich nach den Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB. Soweit Mitzugehörigkeitsvermerke geboten waren, wurden diese in der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung vermerkt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihrem Nennbetrag abzüglich notwendiger Wertberichtigungen angesetzt. Forderungen in Fremdwährung bestehen nicht. Die Rückstellungen sind nach den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelt und decken alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten ab. Die Bewertung erfolgt nach § 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB in der Höhe des zu erwartenden Erfüllungsbetrags. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung bestehen nicht. Beim Jahresabschluss 2010 konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Ein grundlegender Wechsel fand nicht statt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern (Vj.: TEuro 1,3). Sonstiges Geschäftsführung Die Geschäftsführung lag im Berichtsjahr bei Frau Barbara Braun, Kauffrau. Angabe nach § 285 Nr. 11 a HGB Die Gesellschaft war in 2010 die unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der Firma Diplomoptiker Braun GmbH & Co. KG, Augsburg.
