Hierzu gehört insbesondere das Aushandeln der wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen für den Erwerb, die Errichtung und den Betrieb von regenerativen Erzeugungsanlagen, insbesondere von Wind energieanlagen, Photovoltaikanlagen und sonstigen Anlagen sowie auch solchen, die für den Betrieb, insbesondere von Windenergie- und Photovoltaikanlagen, notwendig sind.
