ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2023 I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft Firma: UBIX GmbH Sitz: Flensburg Registergericht: Amtsgericht Flensburg, HRB 12476 FL II. ANGABEN ZU DEN BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN Für den Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft zum 31. Dezember 2023 finden die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Anwendung. Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden haben keine nennenswerten Änderungen gegenüber denen des Vorjahres erfahren. Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten aktiviert und über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Zur Anwendung kommt die lineare Abschreibungsmethode. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis € 800,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Die teilfertigen Leistungen werden mit den Herstellungskosten bewertet. Das Prinzip der verlustfreien Bewertung wird beachtet. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zum Nennwert. Einzelwertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wird durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen. Die flüssigen Mittel sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital, das in voller Höhe eingezahlt ist, wird mit dem Nennbetrag ausgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ Forderungen Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen in Höhe von € 161.816,20 Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter. Verbindlichkeiten Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter in Höhe von € 27.541,69. IV. SONSTIGE ANGABEN Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus mehrjährigen Miet- und Leasingverträgen bestehen in Höhe von T€ 29. Mitarbeiter Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren im Quartalsdurchschnitt 12 Arbeitnehmer (Vorjahr: 12 Arbeitnehmer) beschäftigt.
