AnhangAllgemeine Angaben Die you Production GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg ist unter der Nummer HRB 139625 im Handelsregister beim Registergericht Hamburg eingetragen. Sie ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Dabei hat die Gesellschaft - mit Ausnahme der Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung - von den Aufstellungserleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Gebrauch gemacht. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens und die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Sie sind in der Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr und sind ungesichert. Umsatzerlöse Die direkt an Agenturkunden weiterbelasteten Fremdleistungen werden wirtschaftlich als durchlaufender Posten angesehen und in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung die Erlöse aus Weiterbelastungen mit den entsprechenden Aufwendungen für bezogene Leistungen saldiert. Unter den Aufwendungen für bezogene Leistungen werden lediglich die bezogenen Fremdleistungen ausgewiesen, die nicht direkt an die Agenturkunden weiterbelastet werden. Als Folge daraus ist, entsprechend der üblichen Vorgehensweise in der Kommunikations- und Werbebranche, das Rechnungsvolumen (Billings) deutlich höher als die Umsatzerlöse (Gross Income).
