ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31.03.2009 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 264 ff HGB) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff HGB) aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 HGB. Von den Erleichterungen zur Gliederung der Bilanz wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht. Pflichtangaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz sind im Anhang erfolgt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Anlagevermögen Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Zur Darstellung der Entwicklung des Sachanlagevermögens ist dem Jahresabschluss ein Bruttoanlagespiegel beigefügt. Umlaufvermögen Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert vermindert um Wertberichtigungen und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt. Flüssige Mittel wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurden allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben zur Posten der Bilanz Die Aufgliederung und die Bewegungen des Anlagevermögens sind dem Anlagespiegel zu entnehmen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungenbetreffen die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses sowie für die Erstellung der Steuererklärungen. Sonstige Angaben Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern. Die Gesellschaft befindet sich seit dem 28.03.2009 in Liquidation. Liquidator Herr Yu Wang Berlin, den Liquidator
