Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Sachanlagen Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen, die zwischen fünf und zwölf Jahren beträgt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt. Aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde gebildet für vorausbezahlte Aufwendungen, die einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach dem Abschlussstichtag betreffen. Eigenkapital Das Eigenkapital wird zum Nennwert ausgewiesen. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Sie werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Angaben zur Bilanz Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen gegen den Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 2.689.928,18 (Vorjahr: EUR 2.176.395,32) resultieren aus dem Lieferungs- und Leistungsverkehr und haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von EUR 100.000,00 ist voll eingezahlt. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen im Wesentlichen ausstehende Eingangsrechnungen und Beratungs- und Abschlusskosten für abgelaufene Geschäftsjahre. Alle Rückstellungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten betragen EUR 2.295.917,59 (Vorjahr: EUR 1.780.897,65). Diese setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: · Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von EUR 36.652,56 (Vorjahr: EUR 52.694,40) · Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von EUR 208.900,20 (Vorjahr: EUR 60.431,59) · Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 2.050.364,83 (Vorjahr: EUR 1.667.771,66). Diese resultieren - in Höhe von EUR 530.429,52 (Vorjahr: EUR 530.429,52) aus einer Ausschüttung und - in Höhe von EUR 1.519.935,31 (Vorjahr: EUR 1.137.342,14) aus dem Verrechnungsverkehr. Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Nicht bilanzierte sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in Höhe von TEUR 219 (Vorjahr: TEUR 968) sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Form von Mietverträgen mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Sonstige Angaben Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer Im Berichtsjahr sowie im vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahr beschäftigte die Gesellschaft keine Arbeitnehmer. Konzernzugehörigkeit Alleinige Gesellschafterin ist die Euro Broadband Services S.r.l., Turin/Italien. Der Jahresabschluss der Skylogic Germany GmbH wird in den Konzernabschluss der Viasat Inc., Carlsbad, Kalifornien/USA, die den Konzernabschluss für den kleinsten Kreis von Unternehmen aufstellt, einbezogen.
