Anhang des Abschlusses des Rumpfgeschäftsjahres vom 30. April bis zum 31. Dezember 2011A. Allgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den anzuwendenden Vorschriften des AktG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Gemäß Satzung erstreckt sich das erste Rumpfgeschäftsjahr vom 30.04.2011 bis zum 31.12.2011. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses sind die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Allen risikobehafteten Posten wird durch die Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Unverzinsliche Forderungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden abgezinst. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in der Höhe angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Soweit die zugrunde liegende Verpflichtung einen Zinsanteil enthält, werden die Rückstellungen zum Barwert unter Berücksichtigung eines von der Deutsche Bundesbank vorgegebenen Diskontierungszinses angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährungen werden entsprechend mit dem Devisenmittelkassakurs zum Bilanzstichtag umgerechnet. C. Erläuterung der Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2011 1. Eigenkapital Das Grundkapital beträgt € 50.000, -- und ist eingeteilt in 50.000 Stückaktien mit gleichen Stimmrechten. 2. Verbindlichke iten Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. D. Sonstige Angaben 1.
