Anhang 2023Vorbemerkung Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff. HGB) aufgestellt worden. Die ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften im Zweiten Abschnitt (§§ 264 ff. HGB) wurden beachtet. Die Gliederungen entsprechen den §§ 266 und 275 HGB sowie § 42 GmbHG. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewendet worden. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Zur Verbesserung der Klarheit der Darstellung sind einzelne Posten zusammengefasst und im Anhang gesondert ausgewiesen. Allgemeine Erläuterungen (1) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen gemäß der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Bei den Forderungen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Bilanzerläuterungen (2) Anlagevermögen Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der in der Bilanz zusammengefassten Anlageposten sind im Anlagen- bzw. Abschreibungsspiegel dargestellt (Anlagen 1 und 2). (3) Kapital Das Stammkapital beträgt € 25.000,00 und ist vollständig eingezahlt. (4) Verbindlichkeiten Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten Steuern von € 34.627,16. Sonstige Angaben (5) Vorschlag über die Verwendung des ErgebnissesDer Gesellschafterversammlung wird vorgeschlagen, aus dem Jahresüberschuss 2023 zusammen mit dem Gewinnvortrag keine weitere Gewinnausschüttung vorzunehmen und den Rest auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. (6) Geschäftsführer Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind: Frau Laima Chenkeli, Berlin und Herr Alf Lammel, Berlin sonstige Berichtsbestandteile
