ANHANGBilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die geltenden handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften wurden unter Berücksichtigung der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit beachtet. Die Gesellschaft nimmt steuerliche Bewertungswahlrechte wahr und übernimmt diese "soweit zulässig" in ihre Handelsbilanz. Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten. Allen am Bilanzstichtag bestehenden Risiken - soweit sie bis zur Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erkennbar waren - ist durch die Bildung ausreichender Rückstellungen und Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Forderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Angaben Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte von Herrn Heiner Czwaluk geführt. Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
