Anhang I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2014 der InVision Holding GmbH, Düsseldorf (vormals Ratingen), wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft wies zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 267a HGB auf. Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 288 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde daher teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Wertpapiere des Anlagevermögens und die sonstigen Ausleihungen des Finanzanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung zum Erfüllungsbetrag gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Wertpapiere des Anlagevermögens betreffen Aktien der InVision Aktiengesellschaft, Düsseldorf (vormals Ratingen). Die sonstigen Ausleihungen enthalten Forderungen an Gesellschafter in Höhe von 2.830.377,10 €. Die Restlaufzeit der ausgewiesenen sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beträgt weniger als ein Jahr. Die Restlaufzeiten der ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten von 13.778,73 € betragen weniger als ein Jahr. IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt. V. Sonstige Angaben Die InVision Holding GmbH besitzt 21,88% der Aktien der InVision Aktiengesellschaft, Düsseldorf (vormals Ratingen). Diese weist zum Jahresabschluss 2014 ein Eigenkapital von 15.869.262,25 € und ein Jahresergebnis von 2.326.872,22 € aus. Der Geschäftsführung wurde zum 31.12 besicherte Darlehen in Höhe von 2.830.377,10 € gewährt. Die unterjährigen Rückzahlungen beliefen sich im Geschäftsjahr auf 1.680.000,00 € Zur Geschäftsführern sind bestellt: Peter Bollenbeck, Kaufmann Armand Zohari, Kaufmann Düsseldorf, den 27.
