Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2012Erste Baumwall AGC Verwaltungs-GmbH VerwaltungsgesellschaftAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluß zum 31. Dezember 2012 wurde gem. §§ 264-288 HGB aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden gem. § 288 HGB in Anpruch genommen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden blieben im Vergleich zum Vorjahr unverändert. Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige, nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer Dipl. Betriebswirt Arne G.
