AnhangDie Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. I. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie Bewertung erfolgte nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Bewertungsvorschriften. Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen überwiegend linear vorgenommen. Die Nutzungsdauer beträgt bei immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen 3 bis 5 Jahre, bei anderen Anlagen, Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung überwiegend zwischen 3 und 7 Jahren. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis Euro 150,-- sind im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben worden. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden zu den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Erkennbare Risiken wurden durch eine pauschale Wertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände, sowie Kassenbestand und Bankguthaben sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. I.
