B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Fremdkapitalzinsen wurden nicht aktiviert. Die steuerlichen Regelungen zu geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern werden auch im handelsrechtlichen Jahresabschluss angewandt, da der Posten insgesamt von untergeordneter Bedeutung ist. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter, deren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten einen Nettobetrag von 250,00 Euro nicht übersteigen, werden sofort als Betriebsausgabe abgesetzt (§ 6 Abs. 2 Satz 1 EStG). Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis 800,00 Euro werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt. Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betrifft Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Stichtag darstellen, die Auflösung des Postens erfolgt linear entsprechend des Zeitablaufes. Das Gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr bzw. Vorjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. C. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der Anlagenwerte sowie die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung je Posten der Bilanz sind aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen. Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten gemäß § 251 HGB Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. von § 251 HGB bestanden am Abschlussstichtag nicht. D.
