II. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS
(1) RECHNUNGSLEGUNG
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. März 2008 entspricht den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB).
Die Umsatzerlöse, die Bilanzsumme und die Zahl der im Durchschnitt beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer überschreiten nicht die Größenmerkmale des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB; die Gesellschaft gilt damit als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft, die neben den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB die ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 264 ff. HGB in eingeschränktem Umfang anzuwenden hat.
Für die Gewinn und Verlustrechnung wird das Gliederungsschema des Gesamtkostenverfahrens (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) zugrunde gelegt.
(2) WESENTLICHE BILANZIERUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE
Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen, ausgewiesen.
Im einzelnen werden folgende Nutzungsdauern zugrunde gelegt:

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.
Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungskosten oder niedrigeren Marktwert bewertet.
Die Forderungen sind zu Rechnungswerten bewertet. Für das allgemeine Ausfallrisiko bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung gebildet.
Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und drohende Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften gebildet.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.
Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten zum Bilanzstichtag in Fremdwährung sind mit dem Stichtagskurs unter Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet worden. Erträge und Aufwendungen in Fremdwährung sind mit dem jeweiligen Tageskurs umgerechnet worden.
(3) ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ
RESTLAUFZEITEN BEI FORDERUNGEN
Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter und verbundene Unternehmen sind unverändert zum Vorjahr innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten einen Betrag in Höhe von T€ 14 mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.
RESTLAUFZEITEN BEI VERBINDLICHKEITEN
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
ZUSÄTZLICHE ANGABEN ZUR OFFENLEGUNG
1. Inanspruchnahme von Erleichterungen
Der Jahresabschluss wird unter Inanspruchnahme der Erleichterungen des § 326 HGB nur teilweise offengelegt.
2. Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses, Ergebnisverwendungsbeschluss
In der Gesellschafterversammlung vom 31. August 2008 wurde der Jahresabschluss festgestellt und der Ergebnisverwendungsbeschluss wie folgt gefasst:
Der Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von € 41.166 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
