Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2015ATTMES GmbH, HamburgAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und der Satzung aufgestellt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen, ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses hat die Gesellschaft von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 274 a und 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht. Gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 HGB stellt die Gesellschaft keinen Lagebericht auf. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses entspricht den Vorschriften des HGB unter besonderer Beachtung des § 266 HGB. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden zeigen sich unverändert zum Vorjahr. Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibung vermindert. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt. Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Der Betrag der Forderungen ist innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Die Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Von den Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von insgesamt 0,00 € sind 0,00 € innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betragen 0,00 €. Sonstige Angaben Bilanz und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage zutreffend wieder. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von EUR 558.181,09, bestehend aus dem Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von EUR 614.374,85 sowie dem Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR 56.193,76, auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Während des Geschäftsjahres 2015 war als einziger Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft Herr Dariush Baghlani, Kaufmann bestellt. Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
