Anhang1. Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss zum 28. Februar 2010 wurde entsprechend den gesetzlichen Regelungen (§§ 238 ff HGB) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDas Anlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Ermittlung der Abschreibungen erfolgt nach der linearen Methode unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Abschreibungen ausschließlich nach steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften wurden im Berichtsjahr nicht vorgenommen. Die unter den sonstigen Ausleihungen ausgewiesene Rückdeckungsversicherung wurde mit dem Aktivwert angesetzt. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten, soweit nicht nach dem Niederstwertprinzip oder aufgrund von Wertschwankungen ein niedrigerer Wert anzusetzen war. Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen. Die Pensionsrückstellungen wurden in vollem Umfang gebildet und durch ein versicherungsmathematisches Gutachten (Teilwertverfahren gem. § 6 a EStG, errechnet nach den Richttafeln Dr. Klaus Heubeck; Zinsfuß 6,0 %) nachgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Soweit der Jahresabschluss Salden enthält, denen Beträge zugrunde liegen, die auf fremde Währung lauten, wurden diese unter Beachtung des Niederstwert- bzw. mparitätsprinzips umgerechnet. 3. Erläuterungen zur BilanzVon den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen haben € 0,00 (Vorjahr: T€ 0) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Von den am Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben T€ 0 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind in branchenüblichem Umfang durch Eigentumsvorbehalte gesichert. 4. Ergänzende AngabenFinanzielle Verpflichtungen Die monatliche Mietverpflichtung für das gemietete Betriebsgebäude betrug T€ 18. Der Mietvertrag läuft auf unbestimmte Zeit.
