Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20071. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluss der adinotec Vertriebs GmbH, Griesheim, wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Handelsgesetzbuches entsprechend den Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Vorschriften der Satzung zu beachten. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zu Nennwerten unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Allen erkennbaren Risiken wurde ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet. 2. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der BilanzVerbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben keine Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren.
3. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführung Die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft wurde in 2007 durch Frau Ellen Lautenschläger, Kauffrau, Griesheim, ausgeübt. Mutterunternehmen und Konzernabschluss Mutterunternehmen, das einen freiwilligen Konzernabschluss aufstellt, ist die adinotec AG, Griesheim.
